General Shipping

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided when you booked your shipment. Visit our Track Shipment page and enter your tracking number for real-time updates. You'll also receive email notifications at key milestones including pickup, transit, and delivery.
Required documents vary by destination and cargo type, but typically include: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin (if applicable), and any special permits or licenses for restricted items. Our team will guide you through all requirements specific to your shipment.
Shipping costs are based on several factors: origin and destination, cargo weight and dimensions, shipping method (air, ocean, or land), insurance value, customs duties and taxes, and any special handling requirements. Get a quote with your shipment details for an accurate estimate.
Prohibited items include: explosives, flammable materials, toxic substances, weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, perishable foods (unless properly packaged), and any items that violate local laws. Some restricted items may require special permits. Contact us if you're unsure about specific items.

Tracking & Delivery

Address changes are possible depending on the shipment status and destination. Contact us immediately if you need to change a delivery address. Additional charges may apply for address changes, especially for international shipments.

Customs & Regulations

Yes, we provide comprehensive customs clearance services for all shipments. Our experienced team handles all documentation, duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth clearance through Ghana customs and international ports.
Customs duties are calculated based on the declared value of goods, HS code classification, country of origin, and applicable trade agreements. Our team provides accurate duty estimates and handles all payments on your behalf.
Bonded warehousing allows you to store imported goods without paying customs duties immediately. Duties are only paid when the goods are released for domestic consumption. This helps with cash flow management and inventory planning.

Insurance & Claims
