By using Touch Maple's logistics and shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Touch Maple provides freight forwarding, logistics management, warehousing, and related transportation services. Services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking request.
Shippers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and any required permits or licenses. Inaccurate documentation may result in delays, additional charges, or refusal of shipment.
Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Touch Maple is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, government actions, carrier schedules, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of known delays.
The following items are prohibited from shipment: illegal goods, hazardous materials without proper documentation, perishable items without special arrangements, cash, securities, and items restricted by applicable laws. Touch Maple reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates these restrictions.
Importers/exporters are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees unless otherwise agreed. While we assist with customs clearance, final responsibility for compliance rests with the shipper/consignee. Customs valuations and classifications are subject to customs authority determination.
Touch Maple is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or carrier unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touch Maple's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific shipment in question or the amount of insurance coverage purchased, whichever is lower.
Touch Maple reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghana courts.
